Carson Nissan - Service Center

Christina was truly awesome. I took my car in because of some noises I was hearing that were not normal. She said it would be a couple hours and I let her know that I had another appointment that I could no some noises I was hearing that were not normal. She said it would be a couple hours and I let her know that I had another appointment that I could not miss in between that time, so she said she would let me know within the hour what my diagnostics was. At the hour she came to me and told me the issues and then she told me that she knew I had an appointment and had a rental waiting for me already! I was grateful! She called me later in the day to give me updates, and I never once felt that I was in HER way, the way I have felt with other service reps in the past. I can go on and on about how great she was, but I will just say that she truly made this trip an easy one and above all her customer service was beyond exceptional! More

My brother referred me to Carson Nissan as he purchased a car a few years back from there and he was pleased with the overall experience. Shortly after purchasing my new Nissan Leaf, I discovered a convenience setting that was minor but annoying. After expressing the issue to Eugene in sales, he suggested that we ask the service department. a convenience setting that was minor but annoying. After expressing the issue to Eugene in sales, he suggested that we ask the service department. The service writer referred us to Brett, a technician in service. Immediately after discussing the issue with Brett, he fully understood the issue. Within a few minutes, he obtained the appropriate TSB (tech service bulletin) and was at my vehicle modifying the setting. After my short drive in the parking lot, Brett's setting change had resolved the issue. All this occurred within about 10 minutes without any inconvenience nor the need to make an appointment In the twenty 25 years of owning Nissan vehicles, my initial experience at Carson Nissan was the best. With a great service department and techs like Brett at Carson Nissan, why would anyone every consider another facility for maintenance of their Nissan.
