This was the first major service for my car at almost 40,000 miles. They were very thorough and even found a chunk of metal wedged in one tire. John followed up with us and Christina followed up immediately and treated us very professionally as if we were her only customers. She returned phone calls promptly, answered all questions and met u immediately and treated us very professionally as if we were her only customers. Christina was truly awesome. I took my car in because of some noises I was hearing that were not normal. She said it would be a couple hours and I let her know that I had another appointment that I could no some noises I was hearing that were not normal. She said it would be a couple hours and I let her know that I had another appointment that I could not miss in between that time, so she said she would let me know within the hour what my diagnostics was. At the hour she came to me and told me the issues and then she told me that she knew I had an appointment and had a rental waiting for me already! I was grateful! She called me later in the day to give me updates, and I never once felt that I was in HER way, the way I have felt with other service reps in the past. I can go on and on about how great she was, but I will just say that she truly made this trip an easy one and above all her customer service was beyond exceptional! More
