I called to schedule a service for a recall. I was disappointed because one of the first things I was told was that they do not offer loaners and they only offer a shuttle within 10 miles. I had to go disappointed because one of the first things I was told was that they do not offer loaners and they only offer a shuttle within 10 miles. I had to google map my work from the service station and call them back to schedule it since my work just happened to be within 10 miles. It was very inconvenient. I purchased my vehicle at Hawthorne and was always told that loaners were first come first serve which was fine with me. I would make an early appointment to grab one and make it to work on time. Because of the shuttle I was 20 minutes late to work. Because of this I will not be going back to Carson Nissan More

This was the first major service for my car at almost 40,000 miles. They were very thorough and even found a chunk of metal wedged in one tire.
