It was my first time h Excellent Customer Service provided by Mr. Jeffrey Morgan! He assisted me as soon as I walked into this dealership for service. It was my first time here, and he made me feel welcome. I addressed my concern about my car and he took care of it. I got my Oil change, a 27 point inspection, and a car wash! I didn't wait long at all. Also, their waiting area is nice and very accommodating. They had free popcorn with coffee drinks. There is also vending machines for snacks. There Is comfortable seats and a big TV for your entertainment. They have a waiting area for children to play also, which would be great for the customers who brought their kids along. Very happy with my experience here, I will definitely be coming back for future service on my vehicle. More

Good experience A while ago, I got a letter from Nissan saying that I needed my air bags to be checked. I took it to the dealer after a long day of work. I asked him how long was he going to take and he said "for being you, it's going to take longer" I gave him a look of oh no I'll just return some other day. Then he said "you don't want to be here with us? I just told him I was very tired from work. He then laugh and said he was joking. I remember that day was his bday to and I wished him a happy bday. Everytime my car needs service I always make my appointments with Jeffery Morganbecause he has really good customer service. He makes the experience fun!! More
