No Better Dealership I brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in for a Factory Recall and some other minor servicing. Mr. Jeffery Morgan was the service representative I dealt I brought my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder in for a Factory Recall and some other minor servicing. Mr. Jeffery Morgan was the service representative I dealt with and Jeff was nothing but professional. He listened to my concerns and made sure each item was addressed and completed in a timely manner. Mr. Morgan is truly there to assist the customers, much like Linda Webber was when I bought the vehicle from Carson Nissan in May, 2013. The kicker to the whole service trip which included an oil change, tire rotation, sun visor replacement was that I left the dealership without having to pay a penny for the repairs. My vehicle was also washed for me when I picked it up. Thank you Jeff for your outstanding customer service, professionalism and genuine care for your customer. I won't buy another Nissan anywhere else! More

Lack of Communication Overall experience was a total disappointment. I took my car in Tuesday afternoon hoping for the car to be fixed. As soon as I left, within the 20 min Overall experience was a total disappointment. I took my car in Tuesday afternoon hoping for the car to be fixed. As soon as I left, within the 20 minutes my car experienced the same trouble it had before I took it into the dealer. Wednesday of the next day I dropped by at 7 am for a second round of inspection; however, second visit was worst because they had my car in for 9 hours and I, the customer, had to call in to check for progress when it should of been them. Within the call "Carlos" told me my car was going to stay overnight. It is ridiculous knowing they've had my car sitting in their building for 9 hours with no progress of any sort. It is frustrating how inconsiderate they are with my time and money. Clearly that $250 did not solve any problems. More
