I had an excellent experience with Roberto Romero. When he informed me that I would need almost $800 worth of work done to my '05 Nissan I informed him I had purchased an Extended Warranty. He checked the records and it appeared that because of my miles I was out of warranty. I said that couldn't be possible as I recall having at least 2-3 more years of my warranty. He contacted Nissan and they verified an error was made re: the miles. I believe he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. He deserves a raise! More

Chris Ayala helped me with my Oil Change When I arrived at Carson Nissan I was approached by Chris and helped me within a couple minutes.
