Carson Nissan - Service Center

Came back to Carson Nissan I tried another local dealer when a friend suggested we come to his dealership for service. We didn't have the same customer experience that I get wh I tried another local dealer when a friend suggested we come to his dealership for service. We didn't have the same customer experience that I get when I come to Carson Nissan. When an issue arose, we immediately called Carson and were happy we did. The only issue was that we had to call and follow up on a part that needed to be replaced per our warranty. Not a big deal, but if you strive for service perfection its a small detail that makes an impact. I'd also like if there was a brief overview of what was completed when I pick up my car. More

Quick, effective service Brought my Nissan Versa in for a transmission issue and was worried it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and leave me car-less for several days. I Brought my Nissan Versa in for a transmission issue and was worried it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and leave me car-less for several days. I was delighted when it only took Chris Ayala and his team just a day to not only diagnose, but also fix, my car with a computer update. The cost was far below what I had anticipated and I left very happily the next day with my car. Chris was friendly and I didn't have to wait at all when I brought my car in and picked it up. More than I expected. I was immediately greeted when I pulled up. While waiting in the cute little my 2 yr. old was actually pleasantly entertained (thank God).
