Refreshingly Positive Experience I had a fabulous experience coming back to Carson Nissan to use my Go To Distance Program free car rental with my prior LEAF purchase. Larry Russel h I had a fabulous experience coming back to Carson Nissan to use my Go To Distance Program free car rental with my prior LEAF purchase. Larry Russel helped to arrange for me to get a car efficiently and when I returned the car he offered to have my LEAF washed on the outside, wiped, and vacuumed nicely on the inside. Other staff members like Irvin have always go out of his way to help me. It is so refreshing with Irvin, who helped me with my LEAF purchase, because he always says yes to everything I asked him (within reason, of course). I never thought that I could have a good feeling coming to a car dealer but I actually enjoy coming to Carson Nissan for things I need because people are nice and there is always a warm drink waiting for you. More

Quick, Professional, and Not Too Pushy This is the second time I've taken my car in for service at Carson Nissan. The first was for routine maintenance, and we chose them form convenience o This is the second time I've taken my car in for service at Carson Nissan. The first was for routine maintenance, and we chose them form convenience of location. They did a full inspection and came back with a laundry list of things in need of work that we couldn't afford and they didn't press us on any of it, though they did stress that some items needed to be dealt with. This time around, we were dealing with the most critical of those items. Despite it being a Saturday on a holiday weekend, we had a call (missed) before the end of the day, and another early the next explaining what they'd found and how much each item on the list would cost. Since we'd been prepared for a big bill (catalytic converters aren't cheap and we already knew our exhaust system was busted), we gave the go-ahead on the three big-ticket items and several smaller ones. A couple of days later, we got a call that one of the items wasn't actually the issue they had believed, so that knocked our bill down a bit. Through it all, Tiffany Techaira was polite, professional, and very upbeat. She didn't try to sell us on any service we didn't need, and didn't push for the less-urgent things we still do, while still stressing that they would need to be fixed. Plus, since we were in for major service, the optional rental turned into a proper loaner, and we didn't have to rearrange any of our big plans for the holiday, despite our car being in the shop for several days. The Rogue was a decent vehicle, but we're very glad to have our Altima back. More

Service Experience with Jeff Morgan I was due for an oil change and our GPS system was not working properly in our new 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. Sometimes when you go do a Dr. the probl I was due for an oil change and our GPS system was not working properly in our new 2014 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL. Sometimes when you go do a Dr. the problem does not show up when you get to your appt. with the Dr. Jeff took a drive along with the technician and fortunately the problem that we were experiencing DID show up; they downloaded a software update and even though the issue did not appear on the update, the technician took the car out for a drive again and he fixed our problem. The car was due for a paint protectant application, a 3 hour process and Jeff offered to provide a ride to the local diner! This is my second experience with Mr. Morgan and it was again, exemplary. We live in Beverly Hills and of course could have our car serviced locally but I make the drive to Carson when service is needed; such is the high caliber of care and attention. He listens to my concerns and then takes the time to keep me updated with the necessary maintenance that my vehicle needs, like a good neighbor - like family. He sets the bar high in customer service skills and makes you feel that you are more than just a customer. He always checks if any repairs or service are still within the factory warranty to make sure that I pay for the actual repairs that I need to be charged for (now that is pretty rare nowadays). Because of him & his kind demeanor that Carson Nissan continues to earn my trust, loyalty and business. More
