Unexpectedly amazing!!!!! Fast, effective, and friendly! I went in to service another vehicle and began to browse other vehicles. I decided to trade mine in and the staff at Carson Nissan went above and bey I went in to service another vehicle and began to browse other vehicles. I decided to trade mine in and the staff at Carson Nissan went above and beyond to get me what I needed at a great price. Fernando Sandoval was great at making things happen in a timely matter. I was out of there in 4 hours!!!! EVERYONE was kind, courteous, professional, and made sure I had what I needed...... And don't forget guys... GOTTA RING THAT BELL!!!!!! Car Service I came in for an oil change, there where several cars in front of me. I had to go back to work, Chris offer me a free oil change. Which I greatly appr I came in for an oil change, there where several cars in front of me. I had to go back to work, Chris offer me a free oil change. Which I greatly appreciated, I return later in the day to receive my oil change. I was told there was an issue with my car and the cost would be $1150. Open Sunday Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. D Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. Drove to Carson with A/C off & windows open. Left car. Nissan Shuttle drove us home. (Don't like that Plexiglas divider between the front & back seats.) Carlos called later & told us how much he knew then, about the problem. It was around 4pm. So that was good. And then Monday, Carlos called he gave me all the details & costs. Good experience. More
