Though we initially came in for a service campaign, Daniel also checked a few other items (AC and windshield sprayer) and made sure my tires were rotated. He also gave sound service advice on my electric car, which was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of. Keep up the awesome service, Daniel! Weird sound on my AC At first I was frustrated and disappointed because of the first person in the service department was not very helpful. His name is Chris. He's even ve At first I was frustrated and disappointed because of the first person in the service department was not very helpful. His name is Chris. He's even very quick to say his name. He doesn't want to help me to get a loaner. So I went to talk to the person who sold me the car (J Anglo) and he's very helpful. He talked to his manager about my problem. So his manager talked to the service manager and finally got my loaner. This is a very new car (3months old) of course this is under warranty no matter what the reason is. Daniel Godinez was the one who helped me. I definitely give him a 5 ratings. He's ver nice, helpful and friendly and I would like also to thank J Anglo and his manager for helping me. More
The Best! Time is valuable to me. And, Carson Nissan recognizes that it is valuable to all its customers. So when I had to return my new Nissan Altima for tai Time is valuable to me. And, Carson Nissan recognizes that it is valuable to all its customers. So when I had to return my new Nissan Altima for tail- and brake- light repairs, it came at a bad time (don't they always?). I was supposed to be giving a sightseeing tour to my visiting brother and sister-in-law. Going without brake lights was a safety concern. So Chris and Christine made sure I had a free loaner car for the day. That was impressive. But so was the fact that when I arrived for the repair, both of them knew what I was there for. There was no need to go through a whole explanation. The whole experience was as expeditious and easy as could be. Thank you, Carson Nissan. More

I WAITED FOUR HOURS WITHOUT NO THE WORD OF CUSTOM SERVICE HAS SEEN LOST ITS DEFINE OF WHAT AND HOW TO BE SUBMIT REQUEST SERVICE IN A TIMELY MATTER. I WAITED FOUR HOURS WITHOUT NO CONSIDERATION OF WAITING SOME TYPE OF ANSWER OF MAY BE THE PROBLEM AND UNTIL I APPROACH THE SERVICE THAT NOT HAVE A ANSWER FOR. ANT IF I HAVE NOT ATTEMPT TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS TAKING SO LONG I PROBABLY WOULD SIT THERE ALL DAY BEFORE THE SERVICE WRITER GOING TALK TO ME. MAYBE IT WAS MY LOOKS,HEIGHT,COLOR,GENDER,FASHION THAT MY HAVE STEP IN THE WAY, AND FOR THOSE WHO HAS SOME COMMON SENCE OF REPECT FOR THE PERSON TIME OR DISCOMFORT IT LESS INQUIRE ABOUT MY HAVE EASY THE ANGER FOR WAITING THAT LENGHT OF TIME FOR WHAT THERE DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM WILL BE, MY THOUGH THAT MAYBE SERVICE TECHNICIANS NOT QUALIFY TO PERFORM THE WORK OR VEHICLE IS NOT WORTH HAVING. Glad to have gone to Carson service Six months ago I moved to South Bay and wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer service station to keep my 2010 vehicle in good order. I read Six months ago I moved to South Bay and wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer service station to keep my 2010 vehicle in good order. I read reviews and chose to try Carson. I paid for a 30k service. Months later I was faced with the potential of having to pay for a repair that I didn't think I should have to pay for. Long story short, the Carson service department placed a higher value on keeping me as a long term customer than to argue against my point. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Carson. I am happy to have found a service department that values me as a customer. More
