Best dealer service department I've been to. Carson Nissan is great about getting you appointment as soon as possible. Ryan, my customer in service rep, recognized that the issue was not caused by us and contacted both Nissan and the service manager at Carson Nissan to advocate they fix the issue as if it was covered under warranty. Happy to say Ryan called recently say they would cover it. Thank you Ryan! Your commitment to the customer is without question. More

Good Place! I bought my ever first vehicle here 2yrs ago and so far, service is ok. not Outstanding as others would say.
