Great experience I was greeted with a smile, I came in for an oil change and was out within 35 minutes. It also included a complimentary car wash. was ok. but they can do better I stop by to get an oil change. I get off my car and no body say nothing to me, was 3 service writers two of them busy one wasn't after 5 minutes stan I stop by to get an oil change. I get off my car and no body say nothing to me, was 3 service writers two of them busy one wasn't after 5 minutes standing there I walk in and ask for service and the guy who waswas all the way in the right alone didn't even say hi. As soon as I started walking he's way he said they take care of you very rude ( -1 star). I when outside and wait againagain 5min. finally Luis helped me out he was very friendly and polite (3 stars). Service wasn't express they take almost one hour for just the oil changechange (-1/2 star), cashier didn't say a word she wasn't rude but she wasn't nice or politepolite ( - 1/2 star). She just charge me ask me credit or debit.. Those where the points I didn't like but overall was ok I guess. they have done it much better, faster and nicer. More

New service advisor David Barrientos I came in for my regular oil change and the new service advisor David Barrientos was there to help me with my car. Unfortunately, Larry doesn't work w I came in for my regular oil change and the new service advisor David Barrientos was there to help me with my car. Unfortunately, Larry doesn't work with Nissan anymore. Anyway, David was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He explained what my car needs that day. I'm in a hurry but when he told me it will only take an hour, I said yes. He was true to his word. I left so pleased and thank him for taking of my car. He'll be my service advisor from now just like Larry who took care of my car while he was with Nissan. Thank you Nissan. More power to you. More

Happy Mommy Went for an oil change and was informed my break pads needed replacing. Wasn't expecting the extra work on my van, but they had the time to get the wo Went for an oil change and was informed my break pads needed replacing. Wasn't expecting the extra work on my van, but they had the time to get the work done today AND was loaned a car so I didn't have to sit and wait the extra two and a half hours. Bought my van there and have been treated so well that when my daughter got into college bought her car there. Always greeted with a smile . The team there works well together and I feel they all go the extra mile to keep customers happy. I believe CARSON NISSAN IS #1. More
