tire pressure Was having issues with one of my tires. After 3 visual inspections, dismounting and dunk tests i kept being told there was nothing wrong, when literal Was having issues with one of my tires. After 3 visual inspections, dismounting and dunk tests i kept being told there was nothing wrong, when literally everyday my tire preassure light went on and there was obvious sign my tire kept losing air. I was so dissapointed that some employees kept giving me the round around I felt so helpless but then my husband told me he would take care of it by coming with me on my next service appointment. Thankfully the day came and we were helped by David, he was so courteous not like the other fellas that helped me in the past. We also asked to speak to Roy and he reassured us that he was going to fix the problem and not let us leave without figuring out the problem. Sure enough they found the issue and there was something wrong with my tire all along. There was a nail that was causing a slow leak. Thank goodness this issue was resolved once and for all. I had been driving around with a nail in my tire for 4 straight months and thanks to David and Roy I was given a brand new tire! :) More
