Best Servise Visit EVER !!! Carson Nissan's service dept is open on Sundays, at which time i had service on my 2008 Nissan Rogue. The service technician was very nice, professional and attentive to all of my question and i do mean i had a bunch of them. He was patient and clear when he explained and answered them AL to the fullest. My vehicle was services in a quick and timely manner and the technician was very genuine, making sure i understood what was done and what needed to be done on my next visit. Horrible service department every single one is incompetent. In the last month my wife has taken in our 2007 Altima twice for general repairs or maintenance a service department every single one is incompetent. In the last month my wife has taken in our 2007 Altima twice for general repairs or maintenance and both times they have either misinformed her about repairs and not done what walked of them. The first time she took it in the breaks were squeaky they told her it was low on break fluid and that was the cause so they added fluid . Also the upper radiator hose was torn and that would cost upwards of $300. I took it to my mechanic and he replaced it for $60. The second time was Labor Day weekend. She took it in for an oil change which usually takes them a few hours to do, this time it took all weekend. She dropped it off Saturday morning we never received a call that it was ready so we called them to find out that the oil change we requested was never done. What they did instead which apparently took a whole day was investigate why the check engine light was on. So we waited Sunday for a call from them to hear nothing back. We finally gave the service department a call to find out the were closed for the rest of the holiday weekend and couldn't pick it up till Tuesday. Which meant we had to find another form of transportation to work and back. Upon picking up the car I find out that the are charging me $160 for an oil change and supposed diagnosis of check engine light. Never once did I get a phone call ,email ,text ,Morse code or any type of other communication from anyone in service about what they were doing to my vehicle. I asked "Chris" the service advisor I had been dealing with to get the service manager "Roy" apparently he was of that day how convenient. speaking with "Chris" He said in order to get my car back I had to pay for what was done ,so I did fifteen minutes later they bring my car out they didn't even have the courtesy to wash the dang car. I have purchased 3 cars from them and would expect better customer service than what was provided I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

David, Amazing Service! David Barrientos did a great job! I took my car in for a recall and when I arrived he notified me I was due for service as well! I was on a time lim David Barrientos did a great job! I took my car in for a recall and when I arrived he notified me I was due for service as well! I was on a time limit so we decided he would split the work and I would come back a different day. When he finished the job earlier than expected, he gave me the great news that he was able to finish everything and even the car wash! Being the busy bee I am, I was so happy I did not have have to make a different appointment. Thank you! More
