My car wouldn't start. I had my car towed in that evening and They fixed the problem the next day. The price was reasonable--it wasn't a high inflated price that somemes dealers are famous for overcharging when compared to the price of services and parts of small privately owned car repair shops .The only reason I gave you a '4' instead of a '5' is because it it took a little longer to fix than originally estimated. ( I was waiting in the customer lounge area 'til lunch. I had to sleep at a nearby motel because I couldn't'get any of my relatives to give me a ride home the previous night.) More

They are here to please They had posted a time that, they were suppose to be open and they weren't. I was very disappointed because I had passed 3 other dealerships just to g They had posted a time that, they were suppose to be open and they weren't. I was very disappointed because I had passed 3 other dealerships just to go to them and they were about 15 miles out of my way. When I could have easily went to a dealership that was only 2 miles away from my house, but I really "HATE" their service. The next day, I called to complain about what happen to Roy Schilder (Service Director), he immediate without hesitation apologized and told me he would take care of my service free of charge. I reschedule and when I came in Jeff Morgan (Service Advisor) took care of my car service. Now that is what you called "We are here to please". Thanks Guys. More
