I just wanted to quickly recognize my Service Advisor Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in t Edwin Xuncax to his peers, Supervisors, Dealership Manager, Nissan HQ, and anyone reading this. These past 2 times that I have taken my vehicle in to get serviced, he has been my main point of contact. As I told him in our email correspondence while I was at work, his customer service and technical knowledge has been second to none. He has gone above and beyond what other Service Advisors there have done the previous times I have got my vehicle worked on. In fact, he has gone above and beyond what previous Service Advisors have ever done for me at any dealership since I have been taking my personal vehicles in. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. He knows his job, communicates well with his customers, and is very thorough to make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Edwin is a valuable asset to the Carson Nissan Service team and I look forward to always having him as my Service Advisor whenever I need my vehicle worked on. Outstanding job, Edwin! More

I was lured in by an offer for 50 dollars to test drive. I bought the truck and the dealer was out of the 50 dollar gift certificates. They said they mailed it when I checked back. When I hit 1000 miles I bought the truck and the dealer was out of the 50 dollar gift certificates. They said they mailed it when I checked back. When I hit 1000 miles I came in for my free oil change on Christmas eve. I dropped the car off and left. I got a call an hour later that I had 45 minutes to return and pick up my truck. They couldn't get to it and were closing early. I'm all for closing early Christmas eve, but decide that before I drop off my car and leave and pay Uber to come back. I love the truck, but go to a different dealership More

The tech that helped me-Amanda, falsified documents by saying that work was performed and it was NOT! The service Manager Denise Lewis ADMITTED that the tech "shouldn't have written " this on my documents. The fact remains that she did. Denise all but called me a liar when I brought up another issue with regard to things that Amanda wrote on my paperwork saying that I "declined" something that needed to to changed. Amanda NEVER mentioned ANYTHING to my husband or myself the entire time we were there. I have gotten a hold of Nissan North America AND the Bureau of Automotive Repair trying to get some resolution. The "B. A. R." told me that Denise admitted to them the falsification of the documentation, but they can't force Nissan to do anything. It's very sad that are willing to lose a long time customer over something like this. The worse part about this is that I spoke to the Bureau of Automotive Repair & requested that Carson Nissan pay for my tire rotation at another dealership since I DON'T TRUST this dealership to do the job & Denise "declined" this. They already failed me, WHY would I go there to give them the opportunity to NOT do the job again. SHAME on you Carson Nissan! More

I get the car back and to drive straight I have to turn to the right. I barely left the parking lot and I knew my xxxx was xxxxed. I should have known when I heard the tires fighting each other on the shop floor (sounded like nails down a chalkboard). I brought the car back and asked for it to be fixed, "sorry our tech went home for the dodgers game" I bring the car back 4 weeks later because I was out on business, car sat at the airport. Finally schedule a new appointment, bring the car to the shop, they said the tires are bald and we can't do an alignment with bald tires. I ask for my $560.00 dollars back, they said "no, sorry" I asked to talk to the manager they took my number and said she would call, (She never did) I brought my car to West End Alignment & Auto Repair, They fixed my alignment and gave me the laundry list of alignment issue. One!!! the cam bolt was completely lose which xxxxed up my camber on the drivers side, hence the steering to the right, Second!!! One of the bolts was completely in backwards. My car now is perfect and I have a new set of tires on the way. WEA only charged me $180.00. More

I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise! But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM! More
