The internet sales rep Rea, sat with me, and talked while they were checking my credit and calculating the numbers. The management worked with me so I could spread out my downpayment comfortably, and the financial counselor actually went back to the sales manager and talked with him about a charge, rate (something) he came back with a lower monthly payment which was lower than what I originally asked for. (I did not ask him to do this.) The entire process and team were very professional, patient, friendly, accommodating, and made my car purchase a very good experience.
