I have recently changed over to carson nissan from el segundo nissan, its closer to my and the service is much better. I have only came in three times so far and have recieved the best trust worthy servi segundo nissan, its closer to my and the service is much better. He is very attentive,professional and answers all concerns regarding my 2006 nissan altima. Mr.Garcia informs me of any concers on my car that need urgent attention, while my car is being service and how much longer it will take. Even if im waiting in the custumer waiting area or at home. I really appreiciate this, because i had a very bad experiences at the el segundo nissan. I didnt feel the since of security of my or me being a valued custermer since 2006 when i purchased brand new car. Roberto A. Zelaya was a very cool and calm salesman. He was not over the top and was very friendly. I visited about 8 dealerships over the past few days and he was the only one that was able to get me to t was not over the top and was very friendly. My family and I are extremely happy with our new car purchase at Carson Nissan. We have been to a few other dealerships in the LA area before making our purchase here. They took their time to show us all the features in the car; they set up my Bluetooth for me, preset my radio, just did everything they possible could to make sure we were completely satisfied. After our purchase, they both provided their cell phone numbers and followed up with us immediately after we left and the next day. Mike is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers. Mike is kind and more than willing to help after the purchase. He updated us and made sure everything (paperwork, etc) was finalized and without discrepancies. Overall, I am glad we drove all the way to Carson (from San Gabriel Valley) to make our Nissan purchase. The price was right, the car is fabulous, and Mike and J.J. are the best. More
