Leased my 2nd Leaf from Carson Nissan I had 3 happy years with the 2015 Nissan Leaf that I leased from Carson Nissan. I had the honor of upgrading to the next-generation 2018 Leaf and it w I had 3 happy years with the 2015 Nissan Leaf that I leased from Carson Nissan. I had the honor of upgrading to the next-generation 2018 Leaf and it was the first one that arrived at Carson Nissan! The new Leaf's ProPilot Tech Package is awesome. Just as awesome is the leasing experience with Josh Martinez and Lai-ce Shum. The awesomeness started months before the next Leaf even arrived! Nissan informed me about the upcoming new Leaf and I placed a reservation a few months ago. They saw that my current Nissan lease would end about 2 months before the new Leaf arrives so they offered me a free 3-month lease extension, which I accepted of course! Josh and Lai-ce stayed in touch with me via email and answered so many of my questions about the car before it was even available. Josh called me as soon as the new Leaf arrived and I was there the next day. The lease process was smooth and hassle-free as usual. Linda Webber even popped in to greet me and make sure all was good! Before I left with my new Leaf, several other employees shook my hand congratulating me! The following day, Josh called me to make sure everything is good. This is above and beyond good customer service! I am thrilled with the new Leaf and with Carson Nissan. Thanks, you guys! More

Great test drive with Danilo We stopped at the dealership to test drive a Nissan Armada. We were quickly greeted by Salesman Danilo Echeverria who was very accommodating and thor We stopped at the dealership to test drive a Nissan Armada. We were quickly greeted by Salesman Danilo Echeverria who was very accommodating and thorough. I made it known up front that I was not interested in purchasing that day but just at the beginning of exploring various options. He was very professional, very knowledgeable about the features and he listened to us, the customer. Truthfully I was interested in pre-owned Armada but wanted to see the new vehicle as a comparison. He was accommodating and said he would speak to the used car manager and keep us posted if something became available. I loved his demeanor, his willingness to get to know about us, kinds of cars we had looked at, time frame we were looking to purchase. He didn’t make me feel pressured and uncomfortable like seems to be a tactic at other dealerships. I look forward to future conversations with Danilo and would definitely send friends and family to him in the future. More

Clear Communication Brought my car in for an oil change as well as to investigate a rattle that I had noticed with acceleration. I had done a little research and thought it may be a heat shield. it was in fact that issue, but it was on a pipe that was difficult to reach. Additionally the part was not available in the area and would need to be ordered from out of state. the cost of the repair would have exceeded 1k. rather than push this repair on me, the service advisor(Chris Ayala) advised me that the loose shield rattle wasn't causing any further damage, and left the decision up to me whether they should proceed. I chose not to as it is just a noise, which is intermittent at best. More

Carson Nissan provides a nice waiting area for their customers along with complimentary fresh coffee and popcorn, they also provide music, hotdogs and hamburgers all complimentary to their customers... It was time for a new one but we decided NOT to go back to Gardena because of the horrible service and experience. We took a chance and went to Carson Nissan and had one of the best experiences in buying a vehicle. Would recommend to anyone! Irvin and Kevin went out of their way to get us in to the truck we wanted at a good price. Will only shop at Carson Nissan from now on! More
