As Jeff was writing up my service, he cheerfully assured me my wait would not be too long. The work on my car was completed surprisingly very quickly. I appreciate Jeff's friendly and helpful demeanor. He always remembers who I am and what car I drive. Thanks, Jeff! Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very friendly and did not appear to be bored with her job. Thanks, Elizabeth! However, when I learned that the new owners of the dealership discontinued car washing with every service, I was shocked. To stay above the competition, little things like car washes are a big deal.
