Really good initial service but not afterwards First of all don't take this as me being negative about the dealership, but at the same time i don't want this to happen to anyone else. I got my first financed car with this dealership at the end 2013 and they were very friendly and helpful at the time. I wasn't having good credit so i had a co-signer for my loan and the only reason i agreed to the loan from nissan motors was because i was told i could refinance with them in one year if i made the payment regularly and take my co-signer off the loan. After the first year i went back to talk to them about the refinance and i was told i have to wait more which disappointed me because that's not what i have been told when i bought the car. I recently saw an email from the dealership saying i could refinance for a better apr so i replied to the email and i got a reply back saying they can offer refinance options but when i replied with the car details but never got a reply again, i tried to reach them back and the same result. They might not be able to help me out but letting me know that they can't help would be appreciated than not replying to me. More
