Attempted unnecessary work done Came in for extra key. A complimentary inspection was done - a rear lower control arm bushing was tearing and needed to be fixed as soon as possible. Since we JUST bought the car, went back there and they wanted their mechanic to look at it. Theirs found zero problem. Took it for a 3rd opinion - same diagnosis- nothing wrong at all, after all, it only has 46k miles on it, virtually new. Feel like dealership wanted to just sell unneeded work to an unsuspecting woman,making it sound like a safety issues that had to be dealt with asap, for $1054 not including taxes (another $94.86). More
