I don't know where to begin, let me start by saying that I spent 4 days competitively shopping for a new car, I was on fixed budget and looking for a couple of specific things, I reviewed MSRP, Factory Reba I spent 4 days competitively shopping for a new car, I was on fixed budget and looking for a couple of specific things, I reviewed MSRP, Factory Rebates, Inventory Levels in California, etc. I visited 6 dealerships in person and communicated via email and phone with another 10 or so in Southern California. After spending the majority of the 4th of July Weekend dealing with car dealers, I was EXHAUSTED. I wanted to take advantage of some of Nissan's great rebates available during holiday, but was also determined to get a good price and value for my money. It's not often that I buy a new car and I wanted to make a good decision. I was very dissapointed with the service I received many places, blatant lies being told, time wasted, incosistencies, I was very disilusioned and decided that the car salesman stereotypes were absolutely accurate. I was contacted by Michael Green of Carson Nissan on Monday July 5th, I had heard every story, upsell, blatant lie over the weekend that I was almost shocked when the voice on the other line seemed very sincere, straight forward, to the point. When I said "This is what I NEED and this is what I want" he listened, didn't try to push me into a car I didn't want, but tried to find what I was looking for. That's beyond rare. I had become skeptical in past couple of days and decided if I couldn't get the car I wanted and could afford that I would buy from the dealership that I felt had shown me the most courtesy, respect, and least amount of condescention. Michael and I had a brief conversation, but it was to the point, so I agreed to meet him the next day at Carson Nissan. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I met with Linda Webber & Max Vilarino regarding the car, it's features, and general purchase, they could not have been friendlier, more sincere, just nice people. I had the same experience with Lisa Melkonian when reviewing the contracts and official paperwork. It was too easy, I just had my car delivered to me. It's BEAUTIFUL! They offered to bring it to me at work, Linda their Sales Director kept in constant communication with me about any details regarding the purchase, transport, etc regarding car. I was very impressed with Carson Nissan, in general and compared to 80% of other dealers I encountered, I was downright amazed. I spent less time with Carson Nissan actually purchasing the car than with any other dealership that strictly wasted my time. I've been talking to all my friends and family about Carson Nissan for the last 24 hours non-stop. My mom owns a 2008 Altima, I immediately told her she needed to start getting it serviced at Carson. I work for a large retailer, I understand the importance of sales and service from both perspectives, the importance of being profitable and generating sales, but the need to strive for excellent service and creating loyalty among your customers. I appreciate the service I received and will show it by giving my business and referring anyone I can to Carson in order to promote the type of service they provide. More

My overall experience at Carson Nissan was amazing, thanks to Michelle. I initially spoke with Michelle over the phone in response to a used car advertised on the internet. After she gave me more information on the car, I realized that the car just wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Unlike most dealers, she was honest and didn't try to force me to stop by or lie about the car. I thought that I would never hear from her again. A week or so later she called me back about a new Altima Hybrid that was exactly what I looking for. She was there for us from start to finish and helped us get our Altima Hybrid at a great price! I was totally blown away with my service at Carson Nissan. I called in to explain to the service director Manny how my Nissan Aramada had run out of gas and left me in a very unsafe place while my ga Nissan. I called in to explain to the service director Manny how my Nissan Aramada had run out of gas and left me in a very unsafe place while my gas needle registed that I had almost a half tank of gas. I was a very upset customer while talking to Manny over the phone. He assured me he would take care of the problem. I explained to him that I had to use my Triple A service and wanted to be reimbursed for the tow I had to spend for Nissan faulty parts. Manny explained to me that it was a recall on that part and he would be happy to take care of me wihtin the hour. When I came through the door the service person name Jack knew my circumstance already. Manny had informed him of the problem and they were on top of it right away. Because it would take a while for the part to be replaced, and I wanted a regular service call (oil change, etc..) Jack offered me a free rental car at no expense to me. Manny offered to top my truck off with gas in exchange for that tow I had to pay for. Manny was very attentative and sympathetic to my concerns and apologized right away for the bad experience with the faulty part that left me in a dangerous situation that could have easily turn out to be very disaturous. At the end of day Jack called to say that my Armada was ready and I could pick it up. I am so pleased with my service from Carson Nissan I will never go to any other Nissan Dealership I have told all my friends and family about the outstanding service I received from Carson Nissan. I am totally amazed. I walked away with the most wonder feeling I have ever felt from any car dealership in my life. Thank you, Manny and Carson Nissan for your outstanding service. After leasing my car for four years, I was able to purchase it with out a problem, which we really appriciate because I am person that do not like a lot of time spent at a dealership when I know what I want. I drove up all the way from San Diego County to purchase a car from Carson Nissan. I searched the internet for cars all across Southern California. Carson Nissan had an amazing deal. I walked in expecting to be pressured and overwhelmed. I was ready to battle with them. To my complete surprise it was completely the opposite. Everyone we encountered was extremly friendly and attentive. Throughout the negotiations I was never made to feel uncomfortable or pressured into anything. Michael was very patient, friendly and knowledgable. Everything was explained to me with great detail. I was able to negotiate a great deal without pressure to add any other options on. It was a great experience. I left with a smile and not a headache. More

In the past I had dealt with Cerritos Nissan on 3 occasions... and all 3 times they were horrible and the way they dealt with me! My experience at Carson Nissan has made up for all those times : ) I love the perks like washing my car, offering coffee, and the honesty they provided me in helping me decide what should be done on my car immediately and what could wait.
