When I purchased my Altma it was my first time purchasing a car prior in 10 years. I wanted to get a car that I can depend on. Then they closed down. I had to go to Gardena Nissan and I was not happy at a a car prior in 10 years. I wanted to get a car that I can depend on. Then they closed down. I had to go to Gardena Nissan and I was not happy at all. The service there was not what I had received at Carson. Carson reopened, and that made alot of Carson and Long Beach residents happy. What really makes it good is Mike Garcia, he is the best thing that has come around in a long time. He make sure you are taken care of, and your experience is one that will bring you back. Thank you very much for Mike, I can not take care of my car with out him. Carson Nissan should advertise more, so others can experience what I have. Thanks Carson Nissan, and thanks Mike. More
Moving back to Southern California was not an easy experience. Anyone who knows the Los Angeles area should realize you need a car. I was not planning on buying a new car. After investigating what a decent used car would cost I decided to buy a 2010 model. I had seen Nissan was running incentives for new car purchases which drew me to the brand. I have always bought Honda's and Toyota's in the past. I have never owned a Nissan other than two used cars which turned out to be two nightmare's. Originally I was interested in the Cube model, but Michael Green who I have been working with on the phone and internet suggested the Sentra model. After test driving the car I was torn between the two cars. Nissan has some great models currently. It was a difficult decision, but I chose the Sentra. Michael was really helpful and honest and Max who assisted me with looking at the different models couldn't have been more professional. When we approached the financing time for the car I usually want to leave the dealer. I still remember how pushy and condescending the person in finance was at Gardena Honda the last time I bought a Civic. I will never buy from them again. I walked out and almost didn't buy the car because of his insistence on dealer add-ons that I did not want. Thank goodness Carson Nissan was different. Lisa Melkonian in finance was so helpful and patient. She also took the time to explain everything which makes the buying process so much easier. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. My second car will be a Nissan as well! More

I would like to begin by saying that I am very happy Carson Nissan is back!! :] Your service advisors are always very friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I am confident with the recommendations they give on the service needs of my 2003 Altima. I never feel like they are just trying to get me to spend money on services I don't need. During my last oil change visit, Carl Taylor, advised me that I need to have my tire rod replaced and an alignment done. He told me that I could get the work done the next time I bring my car in for an oil change. I took my car in today and Mike Garcia was there to assist me. I made an appointment to have my oil changed, the tire rod replaced, and the alignment done. After I dropped off my car, Mike called me back and confirmed that the work Carl recommended, was needed. He gave me a quote and I advised him to proceed with the work that had to be done. Mike also mentioned that they found a possible issue with my exhaust. He was going to look into it and get back to me with some info. When my car was ready for pick up. Mike explained that there was a problem with my exhaust but he was able to find out that the repair was covered under an 8 year, 80,0000 mile warranty. You can imagine my joy to find out that this $800 plus service would be FREE!! I made an appointment for next Saturday to get the part replaced. Wait.. there's more!! During our conversation, my husband mentioned that Carl had mailed us a 20% off coupon but I misplaced it. Without hesitation, Mike started to calculate what 20% off of my services for today's visit would be. He was able to work some "magic" for me and I saved about $175.00!! Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you Carson Nissan for helping me save money while taking care of my car!! More

I was very satisfied with the overall experience I got as soon as I walked into the dealer. Norman intially started the meet and greet, and was the one that got me down to the dealer. Nima is the best salesman I have met thus far. He is not pushy, cocky or arrogant like most salespeople. Nima highlighted our options of buying used vs new, was very happy to take us on a test drive. We were looking grim at the possibility of not leaving with the Armada we wanted, and Nima came back and brought us a 2007 model that was in beautiful condition. Thank you Nima for everything. I will be back to see him for my next car purchase. More
The beginning of May 2010, we were beginning to look at new cars in the sentra class, looking at all the different manufacturers. We were not planning to buy due to budget limitations and having the final new cars in the sentra class, looking at all the different manufacturers. I had been researching in-line and called Carson Nissan to answer some questions regarding the Sentra. After speaking to Michael Green, I made an appointment for a test drive. Michael and the rest of the sales staff were very helpful and did NOT have the high pressure sales attitude I've experienced with dealerships in the past. After relating our decision to wait until October, Michael spoke with his manager and proposed a deal that was too good to pass-up, so we bought the car on May 8th. I couldn't be more pleased with my car or the dealership. I highly recommend Carson Nissan to anyone in the market for a car, new or used. I believe that they will have the same great experience that we did. More
I don't know where to begin, let me start by saying that I spent 4 days competitively shopping for a new car, I was on fixed budget and looking for a couple of specific things, I reviewed MSRP, Factory Reba I spent 4 days competitively shopping for a new car, I was on fixed budget and looking for a couple of specific things, I reviewed MSRP, Factory Rebates, Inventory Levels in California, etc. I visited 6 dealerships in person and communicated via email and phone with another 10 or so in Southern California. After spending the majority of the 4th of July Weekend dealing with car dealers, I was EXHAUSTED. I wanted to take advantage of some of Nissan's great rebates available during holiday, but was also determined to get a good price and value for my money. It's not often that I buy a new car and I wanted to make a good decision. I was very dissapointed with the service I received many places, blatant lies being told, time wasted, incosistencies, I was very disilusioned and decided that the car salesman stereotypes were absolutely accurate. I was contacted by Michael Green of Carson Nissan on Monday July 5th, I had heard every story, upsell, blatant lie over the weekend that I was almost shocked when the voice on the other line seemed very sincere, straight forward, to the point. When I said "This is what I NEED and this is what I want" he listened, didn't try to push me into a car I didn't want, but tried to find what I was looking for. That's beyond rare. I had become skeptical in past couple of days and decided if I couldn't get the car I wanted and could afford that I would buy from the dealership that I felt had shown me the most courtesy, respect, and least amount of condescention. Michael and I had a brief conversation, but it was to the point, so I agreed to meet him the next day at Carson Nissan. I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I met with Linda Webber & Max Vilarino regarding the car, it's features, and general purchase, they could not have been friendlier, more sincere, just nice people. I had the same experience with Lisa Melkonian when reviewing the contracts and official paperwork. It was too easy, I just had my car delivered to me. It's BEAUTIFUL! They offered to bring it to me at work, Linda their Sales Director kept in constant communication with me about any details regarding the purchase, transport, etc regarding car. I was very impressed with Carson Nissan, in general and compared to 80% of other dealers I encountered, I was downright amazed. I spent less time with Carson Nissan actually purchasing the car than with any other dealership that strictly wasted my time. I've been talking to all my friends and family about Carson Nissan for the last 24 hours non-stop. My mom owns a 2008 Altima, I immediately told her she needed to start getting it serviced at Carson. I work for a large retailer, I understand the importance of sales and service from both perspectives, the importance of being profitable and generating sales, but the need to strive for excellent service and creating loyalty among your customers. I appreciate the service I received and will show it by giving my business and referring anyone I can to Carson in order to promote the type of service they provide. More
