I have been a customer of the Carson Nissan service department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that w department for almost 6 years. I originally took my 2005 2.5SL Altima in for a factory service bullitin repair and while waiting for it I started looking around the lot at the new 2010 Altima's. Now mind you at that time I had really ha service bullitin repair and while waiting for it I started looking around the lot at the new 2010 Altima's. Now mind you at that time I had really had no intention of buying another car. My 2005 only had 34,100 miles and was paid for and was a deluxe model, however, the more I looked the more I liked the newer body style and noted that the 2010 Altima had a wider cabin space compared to my 2005. My salesman Mike Rutherford helped me out both before and after the sale by personally installing the dash mat I ordered and seeing to it that the front and rear floor mats that should have been in the car were ordered and placed in the car. Mike also had my new car washed for me on approximately two to three occasions when I had to visit the dealer concernining the deal. More
I was very impressed the quality of customer service Nima and Larry gave me. I didnt feel "pressured" to buy the car and didnt feel like a stranger when talking to both. My first visit to this Carson Nissan and WOW it was GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. My appt was at 7am, I pulled in to the dealer at 645am and was welcomed with a Good Morning GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. I informed the service advisor what was I there for and it was my first time there. He took all my info down and I asked him what the time frame was? He said we will call you in about 1 hour or so. A little over an hour passed I received a call saying that my car was ready. I could not believe it. Mike said your breaks are fine. So here is the thing right the price?? He said no charge just come pick it up. I am so glad that I took a chance on this Carson Nissan Dealer. I cant remember a time I had such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially at a car dealer. Anyone who reads this I recommend that they get their car serviced there. I shook Mikes hand he told me thank you for coming in today your car was washed and visit the cashier and your car will be waiting in front for you when you are done. I signed the paper walked out and my clean car was ready. Thanks Carson Nissan!!!! More

I've had work done at several Nissan dealerships in So CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak to me, so I left. At Carson Nissan, they greet you as soon as you arrive, even if they are busy and cannot immediately help you. I helped someone buy a car there too. Everyone was friendly and asked if they could help us in some way. We were not pushed into a vehicle, nor pressured into options that were not valuable to the buyer. Management clearly places the customer first. Customers would not be treated as well as we were, if management did not place them first and model that philosophy for their staff. I will return to Carson Nissan for service. More
