Carson Nissan

My plan was to 'look' at cars today and once I found one I liked I would come back in a day or so to pick it up. As we all know plans tend to change unexpectedly. When I walked into Carson Nissan with my mo I liked I would come back in a day or so to pick it up. As we all know plans tend to change unexpectedly. When I walked into Carson Nissan with my mother, we were greeted by a young man named Joe Diaz. From the very beginning Joe had asked what I was looking for and he helped me find the perfect car. At first i had fallen in love with a new 2010 Nissan Altima but unfortunately it was too far out of my price range. Both Joe and Alex assured me that they were not pushing me to buy a car i could not afford and they suggested it would be better to consider something less expensive. Instead of a new Altima I went for a used 2009 Altima and I love it. Joe and Alex did everything they could to get my monthly payments as low as possible. I would like to thank Mr. Joe Diaz, Sales Consultant, and Mr. Alex Chan, Assistant Sales Manager, for everything they did for me. Their service was amazing, I could not be happier. THANK YOU! More

I normally go to the Nissan Service center in Long Beach, but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive "4 minutes down the 4 but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was just going to go and see if I could make an appointment but came out a little while later with my car fixed, super friendly service from Jack, the awesome rep that helped me, and a smile on my face. I am no longer "miffed" and would drive the extra 4 minutes in a heartbeat and of course recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, unobtrusive experience at a car lot. (and...I actually got my car fixed without any hassle). More

Garrett and Mike were very attentive, especially to my wife, who is 8 months pregnant. They went out of their way to ensure her comfort while waiting for the the paper work to be finalized. I purchased an Altima and am very pleased with how the sale process went. They were not pulling any sale tricks or trying to gain a big profit. Larry was genuine and respectful throughout the process --just the opposite of the stereotype of the used car salesman in every way. Larry had infinite patience and really listened to what it was I was looking for even though we took hours. Richard checked in from time to time to be sure Larry was doing his job (which he was and then some) and made sure to be available when we had questions. Both were friendly and low-pressure from beginning to end.They made me feel truly valued as a customer. When the sale was made, Larry went out of his way to make sure the car was ready and added some extra details at the end that I never would have thought about. I'm grateful for his attentiveness.
