The customer services was great, friendly, accomodating, patient, very informative. The sales team worked with me to get my monthly payment as low as possible. The internet sales rep Rea, sat with me, and talked while they were checking my credit and calculating the numbers. The management worked with me so I could spread out my downpayment comfortably, and the financial counselor actually went back to the sales manager and talked with him about a charge, rate (something) he came back with a lower monthly payment which was lower than what I originally asked for. (I did not ask him to do this.) The entire process and team were very professional, patient, friendly, accommodating, and made my car purchase a very good experience. This was my first car buying experience from Carson Nissan and it won’t be my last. I originally went in to the dealer to get my current lease serviced but I left with a brand new car that same day. Felipe Pulido recognized me from my many trips to the dealer to get my cars oil and regular maintenance taken care of. As I was waiting for my car Felipe asked me what I was currently driving and what my plans where at the conclusion of my lease. I mentioned that I wanted to get out of my lease and that I would be upside down on my miles by the end of the term. Long story short Felipe and the staff helped me get out of my lease and into a brand new Murano even with all the obstacles I placed in front of them. The entire staff at Carson Nissan from Service, Sales, Financial and Management were beyond friendly and really showed genuine concern about my needs. Thanks, Scott More

I sent a message via internet and Michelle (internet sales manager)responded back to me propmtley.She was very proffesional yet friendly. Mind you I had already taken home the car. There was a slight misstep on the part of the dealer letting me take the car home. I was a bit upset at this point and wanted to actually return the car. Well, Mehdi and Victor ( both in finance) not only droped the price of the car but also got me a better finance deal (%) than I already had. Any time I had any questions i just called Michelle and she was quick to help even though I was working with somebody else. All in all I had a good experience. I didn't always see eye to eye with the terms but the deal was worked out in a proffesional manner. Needless to say that I am happy and I was treated with respect even when I was visibly upset. They know when too back-off unlike other dealership wherein they nag you or hold you kinda "hostage" until you say yes out of shame. My Sales Consultant, Felipe Pulido is very knowledgeable about the cars. He is so friendly and sensitive to our needs thereby eliminating the usual "sales pitch speech". He did not waste me or my husband's time. Even after the sale was closed, the demeanor of Felipe and his manager were still accommodating. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND NISSAN IN CARSON TO EVERYONE.
