Originaly i was intrested in Pre Owned Vehicle, 09 Rogue with 27k miles. But i changed my mind because milage was a concern for me. Also explain the diffrence of the two models and gave me Net Pricing for both. Which gave me a better idea on the models to choose from. Lot of the vehicle information from Lai Ce i recived was by e-mail which was great because I only went on a Tuesday to look at the Rogue. I indicated to Lai Ce i want to Purchase the 11 Rogue SV by E-mail and Phone I arrived on Friday afternoon Test drive car , she presented me offer in my price range, and agree to purchase vehicle. Also Castro, was sent to another location by Lai Ce to bring another 2011 Rogue to Carson. The one they had on the lot planning to sell me was Sold. After test driving two different models, Larry stayed close by during the price negotiations and finance process to ensure I was being properly taken care of. Internet Sales Manager, Michael Green provided excellent customer service during the price negotiations. Mike remained professional and courteous during the entire negotiation process. I did a fair amount of research on the vehicles that peaked my interest prior to visiting the dealership, so I was well informed about the vehicle specs, the rebate offers, available APR rates, and sales process. Despite this, I asked Mike numerous questions on the above topics for clarification and reassurance that he was being straight forward with me; surprisingly, unlike most salesman who are just trying to make a fast sale and will tell you anything, truth or not, just to complete the transaction, each of his answers was in line with the research I had already performed and provided me with a great sense of relief that he was not trying to get over on me. I would highly recommended Mike, Larry, and the rest of the team at Carson Nissan. I use to go to a different Nissan dealership, but, stopped going cause their service was not good. Ironically the dealership went out of business.
