We were in the market for a Nissan Murano and shopped around with a lot of dealers. Although we live in San Diego, we decided to purchase from Carson Nissan because of the friendly, helpful and prompt re around with a lot of dealers. Although we live in San Diego, we decided to purchase from Carson Nissan because of the friendly, helpful and prompt responses from Ray, the internet manager. She quoted us a great price and brought a car over from another dealer because they didn't have what we wanted on the lot. When we arrived, the car was there, as promised. Our sales consultant, Martel, was equally friendly and helpful. When I complained that the stereo in the vehicle didn't sound right, Martel agreed. This honesty was refreshing in a car salesman; I would have expected him to tell me it was fine so he could sell me the car. The folks at Carson seemed genuinely concerned about giving us what we wanted, rather than trying to sell us what they had. During the deal, both the GM Frank and Ray came over to make sure we were happy. It took a long time, but we walked away with a great car at a great price and I feel confident that if anything goes wrong with the car they will take care of it. More

I was about three weeks away from having my first baby and needed and wanted to get a new vehicle before the arrival of my baby. Although this was a priority from me, getting around was not that easy. Mike brought the vehicle to my residence and gave my husband and I a full review, and tour of the vehicle. He took the time to answer our questions and was very pleasant to work and spend time with. He helped point out safety features that will of course be of the utmost priority now with our new baby. I truly felt spoiled but appreciated this treatment because it made all the difference. Once we decide to move forward with the lease on the Nissan Rogue, Michelle came down to deliver the vehicle and go through all necessary paperwork. She was very organized and was able to help get all the formalities completed in a timely manner. Her follow up and accessibility has also been great. I don't feel like I signed the papers and now will be ignored, in fact, I feel like I have two people who can help make this Nissan ownership experience the best that it can and will be. More

I was greeted by Mike Garcia the service advisor, Mike was very helpful and just knew what he was talking about very very knowledgeable. Mike pretty much got me out of the dealership within 1/2 an hour. One of the main things and good about Carson Nissa is that they are an all makes dealership, It didn't take me long after to take my Lincoln Navigator for service. This group of people will go above and beyond for the consumer. I will definitely recomend this dealership to all my friends and family...... Customer Service at their best!!!!!! More

I had already spent numerous hours scouring the internet I had already spent numerous hours scouring the internet educating myself on vehicles, costs, financing, car options, etc. I do my homework because I had already spent numerous hours scouring the internet educating myself on vehicles, costs, financing, car options, etc. I do my homework because a) I am on budget and b) as a female purchasing on my own, it's vital to have the info on hand before making such a critical decision such as purchasing a vehicle. I visited other dealerships before Carson Nissan, (as well as worked the internet) and was treated as expected (ranged from so-so, nice/friendly to insincere, to -let-me-take-advantage-of-you etc.) I have to also say this is not my first "new" purchase and i have done this before a few times, so I know what I am saying when I say CARSON NISSAN is a stand-out and I would recommend them to anyone -- esp single female friends-- looking for outrageously great customer service and a more-than-fair, great deal. I am not just saying this, -- all the perks and options I received went beyond what I expected to gain in a vehicle, given my budget, and the intense research I did. And this happened because the outstanding staff at Carson Nissan, specifically Ardy Nehad, Richard Vasile and Medhi Farrahi really went out of their way to exceed my expectations. and help me get the car I truly wanted. I was quite surprised at the level of customer service there -- beat other dealerships by a long shot. (how can one dealership be so different?) Like I said, i CHECKED THEM ALL. My family also cannot believe how hard everyone worked for me.... Ask any girl, the thing we dread most is to have to deal with pushy salesmen and then get coaxed into one of those infamous:"sales rooms" where we get cold hard pitches and are made to feel guilty if we walk away... I had one previous salesman in another dealership (let's just say it was in LA County) who refused to tell me specific numbers (like, how much they were willing to give me for a trade-in, for example) UNLESS I went for the deal right there, etc. .. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR Ardy, Richard and Medhi were! Everything was explained patiently and there was no big push. I felt 100% comfortable and 100% happy that I purchased my car there. Another item is the financing -- not a fun topic for many of us -- but I can tell you everything was EASY, honest, upfront, and I have never seen a finance director work so hard to get me the best deal possible... I will spare you the details but let;s just say I was so grateful I prayed special blessings on these guys who went beyond expectations to assist me. I enthusiastically recommend Carson Nissan to anyone -- two thumbs up! More
Originaly i was intrested in Pre Owned Vehicle, 09 Rogue with 27k miles. But i changed my mind because milage was a concern for me. Lai Ce was willing to look into researching for me a new Rogue 2011 in my price range. She found two 2011 models the S, and SV, witch both are black exterior, and black interior. Also explain the diffrence of the two models and gave me Net Pricing for both. Which gave me a better idea on the models to choose from. Lot of the vehicle information from Lai Ce i recived was by e-mail which was great because I only went on a Tuesday to look at the Rogue. I indicated to Lai Ce i want to Purchase the 11 Rogue SV by E-mail and Phone I arrived on Friday afternoon Test drive car , she presented me offer in my price range, and agree to purchase vehicle. Also Castro, was sent to another location by Lai Ce to bring another 2011 Rogue to Carson. The one they had on the lot planning to sell me was Sold. Wow i thought that was great team work working fast to have my car of intrest avalible before my arrival. Lisa in the finace department made the final transaction fast and easy for me. I was very please how all three Carson Nissan Associates work together. Made me Happy New Car Buyer! More
