To whom it may concern, my quest for a new vehicle began at Universal City Nissan. At their location, the staff wasn't very friendly or professional at all. It was a very poor & unplesant experience. I was disappointed with them because on several ocassions, my friend & I were given the run around. My friend told me about Reola (Ray) in Carson & asked me to speak with her to see if she could help me out. From the moment I met Ray, she displayed an exceptional level of professionalism & I knew that she would be able to take care of me. Once I visited Carson Nissan, Ray introduced me to Castro & stated he would take care of me as well as, he was one of the best salespersons around. Ray assured me that Castro would be able to take care of my vehicle needs. Ray stated she would check with me from time to time to ensure all needs were being met. Castro was outstanding. He was everything Ray said he would be & more. Castro was very understanding, patient & a great listener. He listened to my request without interruptions. Ray did just as she promised. She checked on my progress often. Because of my horrible experience at Universal Nissan, I started to return to Cerritos Ford but after speaking with so many wonderful people in Carson, I knew without a doubt that my new car should be purchased from your location with the assistance of Castro & Ray. I must also recognize your Finance Manager Lisa. She too, did a wonderful job & even WOW'd me during my transaction for my vehicle. My experience was so wonderful that I purchased a new 2010 nissan altima. Thank you Ray, Castro & Lisa for the exceptional service. Castro stated, professionalism & attitude goes a long way. The guys at Carson Nissan were great; I have not been to any other dealership with a smoother process. I wanted a Nissan Cube, and Felipe was very informative with the vehicle, showing me settings and featu any other dealership with a smoother process. I wanted a Nissan Cube, and Felipe was very informative with the vehicle, showing me settings and features in the car that other dealers had no clue about. Also, unlike the other dealerships I visited, Felipe did not constantly try to push unwanted trim packages or cars; instead, he showed us available cars that were along my preferences. The buying process went rather smoothly, and there weren't any 'last-minute' add-ons at Carson Nissan, something that I actually experienced at other dealerships. Even after purchasing the Cube, Felipe helped me out with any issues or questions I later had with the vehicle. If you need a Nissan in the Los Angeles Area, I would seriously not go to any other place than Carson Nissan. More
We were in the market for a Nissan Murano and shopped around with a lot of dealers. Although we live in San Diego, we decided to purchase from Carson Nissan because of the friendly, helpful and prompt re around with a lot of dealers. Although we live in San Diego, we decided to purchase from Carson Nissan because of the friendly, helpful and prompt responses from Ray, the internet manager. She quoted us a great price and brought a car over from another dealer because they didn't have what we wanted on the lot. When we arrived, the car was there, as promised. Our sales consultant, Martel, was equally friendly and helpful. When I complained that the stereo in the vehicle didn't sound right, Martel agreed. This honesty was refreshing in a car salesman; I would have expected him to tell me it was fine so he could sell me the car. The folks at Carson seemed genuinely concerned about giving us what we wanted, rather than trying to sell us what they had. During the deal, both the GM Frank and Ray came over to make sure we were happy. It took a long time, but we walked away with a great car at a great price and I feel confident that if anything goes wrong with the car they will take care of it. More

I was about three weeks away from having my first baby and needed and wanted to get a new vehicle before the arrival of my baby. Although this was a priority from me, getting around was not that easy. Mike brought the vehicle to my residence and gave my husband and I a full review, and tour of the vehicle. He took the time to answer our questions and was very pleasant to work and spend time with. He helped point out safety features that will of course be of the utmost priority now with our new baby. I truly felt spoiled but appreciated this treatment because it made all the difference. Once we decide to move forward with the lease on the Nissan Rogue, Michelle came down to deliver the vehicle and go through all necessary paperwork. She was very organized and was able to help get all the formalities completed in a timely manner. Her follow up and accessibility has also been great. I don't feel like I signed the papers and now will be ignored, in fact, I feel like I have two people who can help make this Nissan ownership experience the best that it can and will be. More

On 11/27/10 I drove in to Carson Nissan to get service not Knowing what to expect as usual with any other dealership. I was greeted by Mike Garcia the service advisor, Mike was very helpful and just knew what he was talking about very very knowledgeable. Mike pretty much got me out of the dealership within 1/2 an hour. One of the main things and good about Carson Nissa is that they are an all makes dealership, It didn't take me long after to take my Lincoln Navigator for service. This group of people will go above and beyond for the consumer. I will definitely recomend this dealership to all my friends and family...... Customer Service at their best!!!!!! More
