Ardy Nejad was the sales consultant that I helped me. I had been to several dealerships. Ardy was thee ONLY sales consultant who explained the car and every detail about the car. The staff here at Carson Nissan seem to care about customer service. They provided me free labor when my back axel needed to be re-placed, something they didn't need to do but under the circumstances customer service. When I returned several months later to have my vehicle serviced the staff still remembered my name, this was not just the service staff, but other staff members from different departments walked up to me to make sure the service department was "taking care of me".
