I had been to quite a few dealerships before and none of them ever made me feel as comfortable as they did. I had initially planned on just a quick visit on my way home to San Jose to check out a vehicle I had inquired about while in the LA area for Presidents weekend. Wellllll, next thing you know I ended up driving off the lot in a new car! I must say that it was their friendliness and no pressure style that swayed me. Keep in mind that I live San Jose which is about 350 miles from Carson..... They were great! More

Working with Michelle and Linda was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I know car sales is very competitive and it's about the sale but Michelle and Linda really went out of their way have ever had purchasing a new car. Michelle and Linda were always open and honest and kept me informed every step of the way since they had to hunt my car down and there was a possibility that the exact car I wanted might not be available. Michelle Perata was there for me right until the end working everything out for me to take delivery of the Z. Michelle even stayed way past the end of her shift to make sure everything went smoothly for me and it did. I have been to my share of dealerships (Downtown Toyota; Elhers Cadillac; Faulk Lexus; Felix Chevrolet; Miller Toyota & Honda; New Century BMW; North Hollywood Toyota; Pasadena VW; and Santa Monica Toyota a Elhers Cadillac; Faulk Lexus; Felix Chevrolet; Miller Toyota & Honda; New Century BMW; North Hollywood Toyota; Pasadena VW; and Santa Monica Toyota and rate this dealership as the best of all (although Faulk Lexus & New Century are close seconds). However, no one at any other dealer was someone I would enter their number in my phone as a friend. Here, I would to almost everyone. Gary Chow's staff is professional and competent, but also seem to like working there. His Assistant, Alex, had superb personal service and made us feel right at home, exactly the opposite of the stereotypical car-purchasing experience, such as what I had at Miller Toyota in Culver City about 6 years ago (Notice I didn't go back there). Alex also was efficient in having the car which we were interested in washed in the event we decided to make the purchase. The "outside sales" rep, Felipe Pulido, was very thorough in explaining the nuances of the Murano's features; arranging the test drive; and was patient in waiting for us while we attended to baby. However, Carson Nissan did not provide him with printed cards, and the hand-written name on the card was below my professional expectations. Another problem was the lack of Hybrid Altimas, which is surprising as they had a large inventory. We were attempting to decide between that and the Murano, and almost left because we couldn't test drive the Hybrid Altima. Lastly, the lack of floor mats was very shocking. I also liked everyone wearing professional looking uniforms (yes, I like things to be professional when spending approx $40,000.00). The overall experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend the dealership. Most importantly, the price we received was low and the financing rate was just what we wanted. More
