I was dreading buying a new car. I didn't want to deal with the disreputable sales people and under-handed sales tactics. I had just come from another dealer when I arrived at Carson Nissan in the af with the disreputable sales people and under-handed sales tactics. I had just come from another dealer when I arrived at Carson Nissan in the afternoon. The other dealership basically tried to sell me a car I didn't want in a color I didn't want, quoting me prices in the parking lot without ever explaining the details of the deal. Already feeling like all Dealers are the same I went into Carson Nissan ready for more of the same. I asked for a female sales rep hoping to get a different experience with no real expectations and wow was I surprised. Nanette was AMAZING. She didn't pressure me, she explained everything patiently while answering my repetitive questions. We must have gone out onto the lot 3 times or more during the deal just to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. Nissan had a huge inventory, but when it came down to the color of car with the features I wanted that specific car wasn't on the lot. Having already been told by the previous dealership there is no way they could source me the car color I wanted from another dealership, I just assumed the deal was over at Nissan. I asked anyway and without hesitation Nanette went inside to check. She came back to ask me for my color and back-up color and when she found the car I went inside to lease the Rogue and they had Service drive over to the sister dealer to pick up my new car. Lisa in Finance explained Leasing to me in detail since I had never leased before. I felt comfortable with what I was getting into. She didn't hesitate to answer my questions and she even found me a discount that will protect my Rogue and even save me money on car insurance. Nanette and Lisa treated me like a friend and not a sale. I feel like we built a relationship during the time I was at Nissan. I look forward to stopping in during future visits just to see how they are doing. I would highly recommend anyone buying a car to check out Carson Nissan. This is my third Nissan and I can definitely say that when it's time to purchase again I will be giving Nanette a call first! J.M. More

I recommend this dealer because I brought my car with an idea of what might be wrong with it - Midas had suggested it may needed a throttle clean and idle re-learn, a service that they didn't offer. So Nissan ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and couldn't find anything wrong with my car. It really just needed a throttle clean! I appreciated their honesty in letting me know that there wasn't anything wrong with the car and that it just simply needed a cleaning. With it they did need to perform an idle re-learn. I was also happy that it wasn't very expensive. The people were friendly and just honest - something a lot of people don't think about when talking about a dealership. This experience confirmed why I chose to purchase my Nissan 9 years ago. The car is in excellent shape and the experience at Carson City Nissan was the same great service I recieved when purchacing my vehicle from First Nissan in Simi Valley. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy or lease, and I hate dealing with sleazy sales people but Felip and I must admit I had a really great experience. All of the employees that I dealt with were extremely friendly and accomodating and knowledgeable. Mike was in contact via email very quickly, which made a great first impression.
