My family and I are extremely happy with our new car purchase at Carson Nissan. We have been to a few other dealerships in the LA area before making our purchase here. Mike and J.J. are very nice guys--they walked with us during the whole process, even after the sale. They took their time to show us all the features in the car; they set up my Bluetooth for me, preset my radio, just did everything they possible could to make sure we were completely satisfied. After our purchase, they both provided their cell phone numbers and followed up with us immediately after we left and the next day. Mike is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers. Mike is kind and more than willing to help after the purchase. He updated us and made sure everything (paperwork, etc) was finalized and without discrepancies. Overall, I am glad we drove all the way to Carson (from San Gabriel Valley) to make our Nissan purchase. The price was right, the car is fabulous, and Mike and J.J. are the best. More

I went in to purchase a car on a Friday night and the manager I worked with was comprehensive with the issues I was faced with in purchasing a new vehicle. I wasnt sure so he offered showed me different cars and different deals I could take advantage of. I wasn't sure so i went home to think about it. No pressure from the dealers they said I could come back and my information and options would be there for me. I went to other dealerships that same night, they were no where as understanding as they claim to be, they showed me all the awards they had one but were not willing to give me any good deals. Needless to say I went back to Carson Nissan the next day and my information was there and there was no hassle of trying to get my deal again. No one said "I knew you would be back" they just sat me down and offered me to look at the car again if I liked to be sure. They were an awesome no pressure dealership and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. More

Our salesman was Ramon. He was very patient and kind. He made us feel comfortable during the test drive and negotiation process. Before arriving we had just come from the Long Beach Nissan dealer and we had made us feel comfortable during the test drive and negotiation process. Before arriving we had just come from the Long Beach Nissan dealer and we had a terrible experience. Ramon quickly eased our concerns and did his best to fulfill our requests. He gave us everything we needed and more. It was a very cold and rainy day when we were looking at the car outside and Ramon was with us every step of the way. He made sure to follow up with me a few days later and is continuing to provide great service. We apparently had missed a minor dent in the car before driving off that night because it was dark outside and he is doing everything he possibly can to ensure that we are happy with our newly purchased vehicle. Ramon is a great salesman. He is personable and actually cares about his customer's satisfaction. I will give him and Nissan great recommendations after this experience! More
