Glad to have gone to Carson service Six months ago I moved to South Bay and wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer service station to keep my 2010 vehicle in good order. I read Six months ago I moved to South Bay and wanted to establish a relationship with a dealer service station to keep my 2010 vehicle in good order. I read reviews and chose to try Carson. I paid for a 30k service. Months later I was faced with the potential of having to pay for a repair that I didn't think I should have to pay for. Long story short, the Carson service department placed a higher value on keeping me as a long term customer than to argue against my point. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Carson. I am happy to have found a service department that values me as a customer. More
