Lai-ce Shum, Internet Sales Manager, facilitated obtaining Nissan financing and scheduled delivery to our home. It was only eight days from my original contact with Linda to the new car's delivery to our house. A visit to the dealership in Carson wasn't required as all the details, including financing, were handled through e-mail and telephone contacts. The negotiations for the purchase were direct and fair, and I did not get the feeling I was being pushed into something I would later regret. overall I was happy with the product and the price. Furthermore, Oscar kept following up with me about the questions I had after the sale was already consummated. He was diligent about getting me me a manual and an auxiliary cord that did not come with the car. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend Carson Nissan and especially Oscar Rodriguez to anybody looking for a Nissan. More
