Only one time, before Cason Dodge Chysler had the Jeep franchise, did I purchase a Jeep in Reno. And that was an awful experience. When the Reno dealer delivered the Jeep Wrangler, it had parts missing and when it was brought in a week later, to be completed, it was damaged (dented front panel) while in their shop and it took three weeks to get it fixed. Carson Dodge's service department is fantastic. Scheduling is fast and I have always been able to bring it in when it was convenient for me. What a concept! John Mankus in service is very helpful.
