Additionally, from the inception, Stephanie displayed an awesome sense of reception and follow up. And Jon was not overbearing as a sales rep but thorough in his approach..Finally, thank you Alex for pulling all together to finalize the sale. Although it took 4 trips from Roxbury, my wife and I are satisfied with our purchase. More

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra with 79K miles on it. I was told that the purchase of the car was protected with a “bumper to bumper” warranty for the first 4 months/ 4000 miles of my purchase. Within TWO WEEKS of purchasing the car the entire transmission system stopped working. The warranty only covers a maximum of $800 worth of work. The new transmission is costing me $5000 dollars. Do not trust this dealership. Their warranty might as well be toilet paper. They lack integrity and are working to sell you a lemon. Special shout out to Carfax for referring me to these criminals.
