Hassle free and professional experience I have never been a fan of "traditional" car dealerships, solely because it takes forever to complete the sale and the sales person does not have your I have never been a fan of "traditional" car dealerships, solely because it takes forever to complete the sale and the sales person does not have your best interest at heart. This experience was completely different. Both Catherine and Nikola were extremely professional. They were very respectful of my time. They answered my questions in a detailed manner and gave me great advice. I could tell that they did not just want to make a sale. They did not pressure me at all. My satisfaction was far more important to them. I appreciate it very much. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle pain and hassle free, just the way I like it. GREAT. CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ! I am the kind of person who hates shopping in general, especially for a car; just thinking about spending the e-n-t-i-r-e day at a dealership, with sa I am the kind of person who hates shopping in general, especially for a car; just thinking about spending the e-n-t-i-r-e day at a dealership, with sales "sharks" pushing their pitches back and forth, makes me wanna gag... not to mention the approval process, signing tons of paperwork, and then being convinced of buying a warranty for whatever blah blah reason they assure I need it. Well this time, it probably took a total of 1 hour including the test drive, to go home with an AMAZING TRUCK!!! Far beyond what we had expected or even asked for!! This truck even has A/C in the seat!! So your butt stays cool and sweat free!! (what kind of car in the world has that!?!) We had an SUV that was upside down in value versus amount owed on the car, so our plan was to trade that in, and get a truck if possible; we knew we would continue to be upside down but at least it would be a truck, which will last a lot longer, so in a way it was a trade worth doing. Nikola found us a 2016 F-150 Lariat B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!!! FULLY LOADED!! Leather seats, with an enormous moon roof! Absolutely stunning inside and out! Less than 4,000 miles in it, the interiors light up like a Christmas tree! Has that eco booster thing to save the environment and what not.... so to all this, I was only waiting to hear the price and waiting to be either disappointed if I wasn't approved or scared of how much the monthly payments would be for such a truck AND my xxxxty trade-in... This is a happy story in the end. Catherine worked it out somehow so that we got $2,000 more for the trade in than any other dealership had offer to give us! And then found out the cost for the truck was about 20k under MSRP... in other words, we have equity in a car!! THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANYBODY WITH ANY CAR EVER!! This is a truck that is worth 20k more than what we paid for it and THERE IS NOT A SINGLE THING WRONG WITH IT!! Is in excellent condition, is beautiful, and runs amazing! Is going to last a lifetime! By the time that we came back from the test drive, Catherine had already ran our credit, got us approved, and all we had to do was go to the bank to get the down payment, which was also SUPER LOW, came back the next day and Voila! Painless and pressure free transaction, 1000% customer satisfaction. You won't find a better deal for ANY car, new or used, anywhere else in Denver! I could't grab enough business cards so I could tell my friends about it, they're Car brokers, not a dealership like Chrysler, Tynans, or Honda. More people need to know about Cars4U!
