Jason Powers was my salesman and he was outstanding. The price on the car was the best I could find within 100 miles. After the test drive, my dad said he thought he smelled antifreeze. Being enthused with my new Subaru, I just brushed it off. After paying an arm and a leg for it, the car overheated ON THE WAY HOME. Now I antifreeze. Being enthused with my new Subaru, I just brushed it off. After paying an arm and a leg for it, the car overheated ON THE WAY HOME. Now I was in Nashville, and the only way they would even look at the car was if I towed it to them. They would not pay to have it towed back to Knoxville. So I thought, “it’s probably something minor, I’ll just get a mechanic to look at it.” Two weeks later, I finally found out that the car’s head gaskets needed to be replaced. This is a $3500+ job and Cars 4 U won’t do anything for me since, “it’s been more than a week.” I’ve called several times to speak with the person who sold me the car, and I’m constantly deflected: “he’s out for lunch, talking to a customer, etc.” Each time I call I’m promised a call back, but I never get one. Overall, Cars 4 U sold me an $11,000 car that needed $4,000 in repairs. They would not tow the undrivable car to their shop for me to fix it. After discovering the severity of the issues, they are no longer communicating with me. I absolutely do not recommend Cars 4 U. More
