I had spent a few hours of my time in numbers negotiations in which we ended up coming to an agreement on. Living 4.5 hours away, I had a friend who lived nearby go to the dealership and check out the vehicle for any issues that I might not be able to see with the pictures online. After my friend gave me the go ahead, I immediately called my sales agent back and asked for a final out the door numbers sheet so I can go to the bank and get a certified cashiers check to make payment and go pickup the vehicle. He said he would work the final deal and get right back to me. After one and half hours of excitement with my wife about our new vehicle purchase, I get a phone call saying they have sold the car and no longer have it to sell to me. REMEMBER, my friend was there to give the me the final go ahead. Then the sales agent gave me the verbal ok.......I have no clue what I did to lose this deal, but I do know that when they ask you: "CAN WE AGREE ON THIS NUMBER, AND CAN I EARN YOUR BUSINESS" they really don't mean it. I can honestly say that my sales agent Raul Velazquez is NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! I understand that there are many agents working on said car lot and that multiple people may be working a deal on one specific vehicle, however when you come to an agreement on numbers and the buyer is ready to offer payment, that car should be locked for the moment to make the deal happen! I truly hope this helps any potential buyers who might be dealing with them from a far. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. A company that truly valued customer service would have kindly told me just once, that multiple people were on the lot looking at the vehicle and then I would have simply known not to worry about this one and move onto the next and NOT WASTE MINE OR MY FRIENDS TIME. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

I must say if you are not happy, they find a way to make you happy. They go out of their way to make sure that you receive the customer service you need to make a good decision on the purchase of a automobile. Carlos was my salesman and he was very good., Jorge Magluta was extremely helpful and make sure that I was satisfied with my experience at Starling. Needless to say, the 2015 Cadillac ATS is a dream car and there are not words to say how much I love this car. I brought my vehicle up to the dealership after just purchasing it in October 2013 for my free oil change. I drove there and my vehicle ran perfect nothing wrong, just a check engine light. They said they would check it for free which was nice. They come back and tell me that I need a new catalytic convertor because the convertors gone bad. He asked me if the car showed any signs as a loss of power and I told them it was hard to keep it under 50. This car has a lot of power and I have never had an issue. Upon leaving I noticed my car sounded different, ok, I thought maybe I had gone crazy. I then went to pull out into traffic and was shocked that it wouldn't get up and go like usual. It barley moved. I drove it all the way back to my work and had a mechanic friend come over and tell me what they did to my car. Someone must have took a hammer or something because there is a 2 inch by 3 inch dent with hammer marks in the corner of my catalytic convertor that could in no way shape or form been there before. Now the dealership says I need to bring it in right away because If I don't get it fixed my engine might blow up. Seems to me that they are trying to take advantage of a girl. fortunate for me, I worked in a service department and parts department for Ford for 3 years and I know what happens behind closed doors! They will replace my catalytic convertor for free or they will have to talk to my family's lawyer!!!!!! More
Everything ran smoothly. Chuck is a great, non-pressuring salesman. Although OB was not our sales manager, Jeff was, OB was able to close the deal and put everything into understandable terms where we felt salesman. They negotiated our trade-in to a manageable point and offered a great price on our car. RJ saved us a lot of money by getting us an awesome apr of 2.81 when our bank could only offer 4.5. We are very happy with our purchase! More

Thru the negotiation process we did not feel that there was any ‘high pressure’ tactics or other questionable sales practices. We have bought so many cars the last several years that we have experienced was any ‘high pressure’ tactics or other questionable sales practices. We have bought so many cars the last several years that we have experienced just about every known tactic – good and bad, that salesman come up with. A really big ‘plus’ was that the staff did not employ the double teaming effect whereby the sales manager comes into the room and tries to close the deal. That being said - once the deal is completed, management will not even acknowledge that you exist. We had several issues that were clearly errors and ommissions (as admitted by the sales person). Management flatly refused to even talk to us or make any attempt at all to resolve the issues. All we can say is BUYER BEWARE. More
