Brought in our 2024 Cadillac Lyriq for service because the active noise cancelling didn’t seem to be working. The service guy, Frank, had zero clue how to check it and asked “is that even a big deal, did the active noise cancelling didn’t seem to be working. He basically thought it wasn’t a big enough deal for me to have brought our car in to be fixed. I waited an hour to hear that nonsense, worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ll drive an hour or away to find a better dealership. What crap and Frank needs to be fired! More

Dealership not recommended they wanted you to keep coming back to them for repairs, I have been doing my regular maintenance there since I trust them do their job then I found out they messing up with my ca back to them for repairs, I have been doing my regular maintenance there since I trust them do their job then I found out they messing up with my car just to fool me into paying so much more for the repairs I even bought my car brand new, they just found out I had a misfire on my engine and loose spark plugs that looks like it has been going on for a while how come they never told me there was something wrong when I did my maintenance there previously charged me $190 for the diagnostic without even telling me the breakdown of charges and why I had to pay this amount when I choose the free services when I booked online, I expected just the tire rotation and oil change would be the only charges I had to pay but no wasn’t the one I expected. Aside from the 190, they charged me $820 total for the repair, cmon why you robbing people money in the first place when you could’ve avoided this problem beforehand when you did my maintenance? Unless they intentionally make money out of breaking people’s car so they keep coming back to you all the time for repairs? Just not great 🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️ More
Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. Didn't even get a date of expected delivery until after 3 months and it changed 7 times. I go in to get my truck and start to drive off the lot and the car isn't driving right, somehow they failed to notice if they ever did a test drive themselves. Worst customer service here and absolute jerk of a general manager. Now waiting on the issue to be fixed so I can finally get the truck I have been paying on for months. More

Had a flat tire due to a roofing nail before I test drove. They put air in the tire for the test drive, when I got home the next morning the tire was flat and still had the nail in it. Definitely didn’t have my interest on there list. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to! More
Please do not purchase extended warranties at this dealer. The financier Sammy behaves very well at the time of selling these guarantees, at the time of canceling them he does everything possible not dealer. It`s a good dealer but the financier tries to play and not cancel the guarantees. The problem is that the general manager JC knows this and does nothing for change this. More
