I went there intending on buying a used car ,They had a 2006 HHR I liked ,I drove the vehicle talked a little with the salesman .The asking price was 12,100 .He wanted to take me inside to run my credit .W 2006 HHR I liked ,I drove the vehicle talked a little with the salesman .The asking price was 12,100 .He wanted to take me inside to run my credit .Which I knew would be approved ,I told him I wanted to make sure I could get this vehicle at my budgeted price before my credit was run.He said he would have to check with his sales manager ,And pretty much left it at that, he never asked for my number or anything .So the next day I sent a email through the website ,I got a response from John that he would contact me when he got to his computer ,The next day I spoke to him on the phone and told him I would give them 10,000 plus my trade which was worth minium of 1500.00 .He said he would check once again with the sales manager and I said that was fine just let me know. Well the next day no word so I finally emailed him and asked why he did not bother calling me back .Peters response was that 10,000 was a outrageous offer and they would not consider it...Wow what a rude way to treat a potential customer who is definately going to buy a car .I guess they must not need customers..Very poor customer service and they also could not give me any info on the car ,They said I had to sign a carfax report if the vehicle was purchased guess they dont bother to read them til after they sell the car hmmm makes you wonder Laurie More

I brought my 99 blazer in there for fuel system problems. I let them know it sounded like the car got no fuel upon startup. Gary called me back and stated the problem was the battery? and the fuel injectio I let them know it sounded like the car got no fuel upon startup. Gary called me back and stated the problem was the battery? and the fuel injection system needed cleaned. I told him that I just had it cleaned the prior month. He insisted that was the problem. So he said for 425 it would be fixed. I agreed, didn't really care what was wrong as long as it was fixed. I get there to pick up the vehicle and go pay there was and error with his calculations so the actual total was 275. Figured this was great. Go to my vehicle and it starts the same way. Get Gary and he brings over the mechanic. I explain to the mechanic what the car is doing and he says it sounds like the fuel regulator is bad. He gets his guage out and amazingly it is bad. I ask him why he didnt check this before and he stated that he wasn't told this was the problem. So now Gary says well this will be another $300 so I ask him is this really going to solve the problem, he states it should thats what the mechanic says. I am running this alittle long so I will summerize. I will take the vehicle to another dealer to be repaired. I expect when I am paying $75 and hour to get qualified technitions, I get them. If I wanted someone to keep changing parts I would have done it myself. Now I am out 275 am have the same problem. Oh by the way I am still waiting for Bruce to call me back. More
