I am very disappointed in the service dept of this dealership. My 1st contact started with them claiming I had caused a problem to only find out it was a sensor under warranty and then I needed a part dealership. My 1st contact started with them claiming I had caused a problem to only find out it was a sensor under warranty and then I needed a part ordered to fix a seat. Well it is 5 weeks later and I call today and am told no parts have been ordered. More
My last two automobiles have come from this dealership. I travel out of town to go there because they are professional,kind and don't try to pull your leg. Eric was very friendly and well informed. Was extremely helpful but not too pushy walking around the lot. Called the dealership for service. I told them my car was losing power intermittently while driving and the check engine light was on. I bought the car from them a year ago and have had it in for routin was losing power intermittently while driving and the check engine light was on. I bought the car from them a year ago and have had it in for routine service. They told me it would be a month before they could fit me in!! WTH!!! I called Jim Ellis in KSW and they told me to bring it in early the next day. They said its an oil consumption issue. Got me booked for an appointment a week later and got my car working. Both a Sales mgr and the Service mgr got involved. I was in and out in an hour. I will never go back to Carriage Kia again!!!! More
The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had hands down from a dealership. Bought a brand new Kia Forte from Ed Voyles Kia because this Kia dealership had it over priced by about 2 grand.. decided to down from a dealership. Bought a brand new Kia Forte from Ed Voyles Kia because this Kia dealership had it over priced by about 2 grand.. decided to take it here to have a window looked at (wouldn’t roll up or down, and it’s a brand new car) had an apt for 9am, told them this was my daughters car and we needed it back by 3 so she could drive herself to work. Never got a call from them about the progress, I called them at 230 letting them know I was on the way to get it and they told me they had just started working on it not long ago (so why did I have a 9am apt and also let them know I needed it to be done by 3 otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed that day) asked to speak to the service manager because I wanted to find out how to avoid that issue next time I made a service apt. He told me they were like a doctors office and just because you have an apt at a certain time, doesn’t mean they get to you car at that time.. I would understand if you started looking at my car at 9:30 or 10 but not 1pm when I had an apt for 9am. They could have communicated to me they were backed up and I would have had no problem rescheduling the apt, but to keep my car all day and not even look at it, not offer me a loaner so that they could take another day to fix the problem, no help at all! Kevin Parsons has the worst customer service skills and attitude of any upper management I’ve ever encountered. I asked to speak to him to see how to avoid this issue the next time I made a service apt. with them and his exact words to me were there is no way to avoid it. I said ok, I’ll take it to another Kia then for now on, bc I’ve never experienced this type of customer service when it comes to servicing a brand new vehicle in my life. He said ok and let me walk out. I was calm, annoyed yes but calm and he didn’t try one single time to make it right. In fact, when he walked up to me, he didn’t introduce himself, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.. not a word. Just straight car salesman attitude. Kia of Woodstock should look into their customer service aspect of their business bc I guarantee they lose business over it. I’ll gladly be driving the further distance to another Kia to get treated better. More
