There check in process is highly flawed. We walked into the service department and someone said “May I help you”. They asked all the questions, verified our appt time and videoed or car. At 3.5 hours we inquired and were told we didn’t check in with the proper person so our service has not yet begun. xxx!?!? 2 hours later they completed one of the two tasks. We won’t be back unless it’s a recall and we will wait to see the car go into a shop bay. More
I found the Carriage Kia intake personnel were very friendly and helpful today. I discovered we had an engine oil leak on our 2024 Sportage after our prior engine oil replacement. They found the prob friendly and helpful today. I discovered we had an engine oil leak on our 2024 Sportage after our prior engine oil replacement. They found the problem and paid for the lost motor oil during our usage and offered to replace the engine oil and filter free for the next engine oil service interval. Thank you for your service. Very slow service department! I have been here 2 hours for an oil change. They just started doing it!! No one cam out when I pulled in . Drove out of dealership at 4:45 I asked for name of service attendant . Matt he was very polite I know it wasn’t his fault. He lowered my bill, And was very nice about pairing my Car with my new phone. I may be looking for a new car, but service experience may have me looking elsewhere. I paid over MSRP for a vehicle in cash. Process was just fine, but it is hard to mess that up. Service center is very disappointing. I have been there three times (2 "free services, and a key fob replacement). Their waiting area is very nice, but the actually service is uniquely disappointing. After spending 1.5 hours in their waiting area for a service that I was told would be complete with in an hour, I was then informed they will not be done until closer to 2 hours. Keep in mind this was to reprogram a fob which takes about 15 min. tops. Needless to say I left unsatisfied. I will not be returning to use my remaining "free services" that came with the purchase of my vehicle. I would rather pay good money and get decent service than what this place offers. Maybe its just Kim the lady who helped me, but my guess is the lack of concern for their customers originates with the management. More
Bought my Kia brand new in 2016 and have only had it serviced at that location. Transferred the title to my daughter and she has kept up with regular servicing. The day AFTER a service visit she had fluid leaking and when she took it in they charged her $500 to “fix” what their technicians clearly broke the day before. She bought new tires from them in January and had them rotated. THEY lost the lug nut key but would not own up to it and now want $120 to replace something they lost. They have treated her with absolute disrespect. Go somewhere else if you can. More

Bryan sold 3 Kia Fortes to me (2021), my husband (2022) and my oldest daughter (2020). We drive an hour away from our hometown of Adairsville, GA to get our cars serviced. Unfortunately we were lied to from a closer dealership. But it worked out amazing with Carriage Kia! More
Beware of the service department here! Our Optima qualified for a new engine under Kia's warranty program. The vehicle's engine seized up and needed to be towed to the dealership. When we picked it up, the radio, back-up camera and Bluetooth features no longer worked. The service rep (Mary) refused to fix these problems -- and she blamed us or the tow truck driver. All these items worked perfectly prior to the warranty work. Now Carriage's service department won't return our calls. This dealership is shady and unprofessional. We are SO disappointed. More
