Unfortunately, because it is a brand new line of cars ever, there are issues. I have owned my car for a week and I haven't even had it for a full 24 hours yet. It has been with Carriage Ford while they are trying to figure out how to make it safe and out of transport mode for me for continuous driving. I have complete faith in my team getting my car ready to drive for every day for the rest of the time I have it. I am beyond stressed out right now. I have recently replaced brand new sewage lines at my house (major $$) only to have figured out that my water line got cracked in the process and now I have a flooded yard and high water/sewage bills. While I am dealing with that mess and my yard destroyed, I am a Girl Scouts Leader and it is Cookie Season. Dealing with all that stress with my brand new car having some computer issues, this team has been on top of it and making sure I have a SUV I can drive and still do everything I need with my Girl Scouts/work/life and not worry about my car. Anything that is brand new is going to have issues when it's completely new to everyone. You feel that when your job decides to a make over of your computer system. However, you can count on this team. No matter how stressed and frustrated I am with everything going on Carriage Ford is taking care of me. You need someone on your side when it comes to buying a car. This is the team you want on your side. This is my 3rd car from them and with all the hiccups of having a car that can come up, I can count on them. More

The service department went above and beyond with repairs. Dustin is a great guy. I still had reservations about the vehicle and talked to Mr. Dean Book. He told me if I had any more problems he would do whatever it took to satisfy my wife and me. Yesterday I returned and ask him what they could do. He did exactly what he said he would do. I now have a 2 year newer vehicle and there was very little difference in the price. I would also like to thank my salesman Jared Goodman and Chase Timberlake. Also a shout out to Derrick in finance. I would definitely recommend Carriage Ford to everyone. More

Now the second time that Carriage Ford hasn't called or had vehicle ready when promised, On top of that they lost information, the right hand didn't know what the left hand is doing, and they proceeded to charge me and let me leave for work on the ticket that was never performed. Don't deal with the General Manager, Dean Books, as he defines the word xxxxxxxxx and proceeds to tell you that it's his family business and he will do it however he wants and makes zero apologies for their mistakes. Never deal with these people! More

Took my truck in for three concerns they didn't fix any of them and screwed my truck up door won't sh I will never do business with this place again ! Took my truck in for three concerns they didn't fix any of them and screwed my truck up door won't shut now do to them adjusting my door for a water leak so now it won't close they give me every excuse in the book why it wouldn't close don't want to fix it service guy that fixed it CHARGED at me when told him he did horrible work service writer step between me and him. Talk to Dean books he didn't seem to care told me if I didn't like their service I can go to one of several other Ford dealers around the area they could care less about the customers sad More

Jeff and his sale team are professional, knowledgeable, available to answer quetions, etc. But they never come across as pushy, aggressive or like a "salesperson ".
