Took my truck in for warranty service. All dealerships are shorthanded. They told me they would get it in and diagnose the issue in 1.5 days. 8.5 days later, after daily phone calls and $600 spent on a are shorthanded. Didn’t say they were sorry, nothing. Just gave me the key and didn’t say a word. I’m a lifelong Ford buyer. Don’t buy here, don’t ATTEMPT go get service here. More
Took 2013 Ford Escape in after replacing the battery 3 times in a year. My own mechanic told me to have a dealer run a diagnostic test on the vehicle systems to make sure there was no internal draw. As this can only be done by a dealer (proprietary), took it in and was told this takes an hour to run the test. They had the car for two weeks, first confirming there was a draw over the phone and they hadn’t figured out exactly where yet. Never found the draw and claimed the car had no other issues approximately two weeks after I dropped it off for an hour. Charged $200 for labor without addressing the problem I signed off for. Horrible customer service in the service department. Would not recommend to anyone. Go to Louisville Ford dealers across the river at all cost. More

Terrible, spent almost $4,000 to repair truck, and its still not fixed. They didn't run appropriate diagnostics on the truck before they TRIED to repair it. Not a good example of service I scheduled my car to have a recall and a warranty covered transmission issued to be fixed two weeks in advanced. I dropped the car the night before, I scheduled my car to have a recall and a warranty covered transmission issued to be fixed two weeks in advanced. I dropped the car the night before, I was told it would take 4 hours to fix these issues. At 1:00 pm, I called to check on the status of my car. I was told that someone would call me back in 15 min. An hour later after not receiving a call back, I called again. I was placed on hold for 15 min and then told someone would call me back again. After another 30 mins and no call back, I called again and finally was told that my car would be completed by 5 pm. I picked up my car at 5 pm, the young man behind the counter was much more interested in talking with his female co-worker than talking with me. I had to point out my keys and paperwork sitting in front of him. He never acknowledged me or the service they performed. They did two recalls and did not do the transmission fix. To add insult to injury, Ford sent a survey about their performance, I filled it out truthfully. I received an automated response from Carriage Ford with a name and contact number, Kiara Peterson. Just a heads up, she doesn’t work there any longer, the person who replaced her, Nick, determined since it was a service issue it wasn’t his problem and promptly shuffled me off the phone . I think the dealership would want to make sure their customers are satisfied both with a purchase and with the service they receive . It is sad, my father retired from Ford, and I hate that this is the type of customer service that is representing a product he spent 30 years building. More

The tech. had the worst attitude, and barely gave me 5 minutes of his precious freakin time, and told me to go rent a car for 3 days, and then come back to leave the car for 2 to 3 days. He said with a crappy attitude that WE DON"T HAVE CARS TO LOAN WHILE YOUr CAR IS HERE WITH US, SO IF YOU WANT THE CAR DONE, GO RENT THE CAR AND COME BACK AFTER YOU DO! I have been a customer with this lousy dealership for more than 5 years, and this was my second car, but I never took my car for service because they always have the worst freakin attitude. I will never buy a car from them again. More
