Peaceful Easy Feeling Phil put us at ease from the moment he introduced himself. He was so kind, so personable. We of course had to stick to a budget, so we were looking at Phil put us at ease from the moment he introduced himself. He was so kind, so personable. We of course had to stick to a budget, so we were looking at two different cars. It was a very tough decision. At no point were we rushed to make a decision. He allowed us time alone to compare both cars. He never once pushed us to buy the more expensive one. He said, “Take your time, it’s a big decision.” They worked wth us to get our payment where we needed it. In the end we walked away with exactly what we wanted.
