He was very patient with us when explaining the features. Unfortunately, we had several problems with the first vehicle we purchased, through no fault of Nick's, and had to return it. Nick was more than willing to start the process over again with us and made sure we were satisfied with the next vehicle we chose. He has followed up with us to make sure we are still happy with our purchase and made the whole process as quick and easy as he possibly could. Peaceful Easy Feeling Phil put us at ease from the moment he introduced himself. He was so kind, so personable. We of course had to stick to a budget, so we were looking at Phil put us at ease from the moment he introduced himself. He was so kind, so personable. We of course had to stick to a budget, so we were looking at two different cars. It was a very tough decision. At no point were we rushed to make a decision. He allowed us time alone to compare both cars. He never once pushed us to buy the more expensive one. He said, “Take your time, it’s a big decision.” They worked wth us to get our payment where we needed it. In the end we walked away with exactly what we wanted.
