Above and beyond! I wanted a Fusion but expected only to be able to move from a Focus to a newer Focus. The service department went above and beyond with repairs. Dustin is a great guy. I still had reservations about the vehicle and talked to Mr. Dean Book. He told me if I had any more problems he would do whatever it took to satisfy my wife and me. Yesterday I returned and ask him what they could do. He did exactly what he said he would do. I now have a 2 year newer vehicle and there was very little difference in the price. I would also like to thank my salesman Jared Goodman and Chase Timberlake. Also a shout out to Derrick in finance. Customer centric experience I have bought from Carriage before and the experience was good, but this past week when I went looking to buy a truck, the experience was truly excell I have bought from Carriage before and the experience was good, but this past week when I went looking to buy a truck, the experience was truly excellent. Todd Braitling and the entire team worked to find me what I wanted within the budget that I had set. Even though we ran out of time on Saturday and they couldn't deliver the vehicle to me fully detailed, Todd came to my house the following week, picked up the vehicle to have it detailed, and then dropped it back off to me fully detailed.
