We have always received excellent sales service from the dealership and Fireball was so helpful to us when we bought our last Ford that there was no question who we would turn to when we decided this week to shop for a Ford Explorer. Mr. Money was very informed and so patient with us, staying 2 hours past quitting time to help us find our dream vehicle. In addition, the financing portion of the transaction was quick and easy. Derek was also very helpful and knowledgeable when we closed the deal and arranged financing. We really feel that we were treated as honored guests and not just as a number or quota. In a few years I'm sure we will need another vehicle, and the first person we will contact will be Duane Money at Carriage Ford!!! More

Amazing customer service I expected sales pressure like I had recently received at another place, nope not here, vanna was amazing at helping me find the right car for the rig I expected sales pressure like I had recently received at another place, nope not here, vanna was amazing at helping me find the right car for the right price that fit my budget, they even took care of my old trade in and everything, I am definitely going to be a long time customer here, the finance manager was amazing as well as the manager, from the start I walked inside, they took care of me and took their time to help me get exactly what I wanted without pressure, definitely will be back in the future More

Worst experience of my life! Ford has had my truck for 2 weeks going on 3 now. Took it in for an engine light tpms light and oil change. Took them 2.5 days to figure out what was Ford has had my truck for 2 weeks going on 3 now. Took it in for an engine light tpms light and oil change. Took them 2.5 days to figure out what was wrong and didnt actually figure it out until the end of the first week. Called me the following Monday finally and gave me a quote for repair best case I would have the truck back today which they have had 2 weeks worst case next Wednesday but would call yest4rday and give me an update. No one ever bothered to call. I got transferred to service 3 times before anyone answered the phone and then it was the main receptionist who transferred me to the cashier who had to tell the guys across from her at service to pick up the phone then she transferred me and they finally picked up 5th try! Then the technician who is supposed to be working on the vehicle and called me yesterday is out and by the very best it's going to be the very end of next week before we get it back. Mind you this is not a cheap repair costing around 3 grand. And of course the service manager is unreachable. This is ridiculous I would not recommend them nor will I return to them if they are they last dealership on earth! More

No pressure, right price I hadn't planned on buying a car on the day I went to Carriage Ford.
