Not friendly. I was kind of intrusion to him. Brusque. Called to the cashier when they announced my Ford Ecosport was ready. She wasn't friendly but took my car I was kind of intrusion to him. Brusque. Called to the cashier when they announced my Ford Ecosport was ready. She wasn't friendly but took my card and ran it through. Left without a thank you, a smile or "see you the next time". My daughter had her windshield wipers changed while away at school and one quickly fell off. I stopped by Carriage Ford where we bought the car in 2016 and they not only took the time to help with my mundan at school and one quickly fell off. I stopped by Carriage Ford where we bought the car in 2016 and they not only took the time to help with my mundane task, they sent a service technician out to change it for me. Everyone I encountered from the service desk to the parts counter, to the technician was so friendly and kind. I know it seems like a small task, but they made me feel like a valuable client. It makes me feel good knowing they still treat me like family! More
