Bought a 2023 F150 from Carriage Ford and needed oil change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not change and also needed a couple minor warranty issues looked at, they told me that I had to leave it for 2-3 days I cannot do that. They didn’t not even ask if I bought the vehicle there or even try to suggest a better solution to help the customer. I can’t believe they don’t have somebody that can take 5-10 minutes out of their day to look at simple issues! Very disappointed More
